Biography

Dr. Pengfei Jiang is the member of Chinese Society for Immunology and is also the member of Chinese Society for Microbiology. He has served as the evaluation expert for scientific projects from Wenzhou Science & Technology Bureau, China. He is focuses on the function of novel porcine immune genes and the development of Chlamydia trachomatis multi-epitope vaccines. His recent research has characterized the mechanism of apoptosis enhanced by the interaction of porcine BCL-G with JAB1. In his another recent research, Hepatitis B virus core antigen was used as a carrier for Chlamydia trachomatis MOMP multi-epitope vaccine development. That vaccine showed enhanced protection against genital chlamydial infection.</p>
