Biography

The department of Public Health of Erasmus MC is engaged in an international project to provide technical support for the implementation of Neglected Tropical Disease control programs in several tropical countries. In the department, I am responsible for the monitoring of the project, together with data management and Impact Evaluation (including Cost Effective Evaluation). As the project involves partners (governments and non government organizations) from 7 countries of South East Asia, the work profile includes modelling, trainings and project management. I impart training as chief trainer on Data collection and Management, organized by respective governments to their staff. Further, the research component includes epidemiological (SIMCOLEP model for leprosy control) and HE modelling (decision tree and Markov) for predictive analysis.</p>
