I am a co-inventor on a number of issued, pending, provisional patent and/or patent applications. These encompass composition of matter (small and large molecules), use for specific therapeutic indications (small molecules as well as peptide and protein therapeutics) and diagnostic indications, involving SNP- and monoclonal antibody (mAb)-based screening and biomarker assays. Specific examples include; the first monoclonal antibody specific for human sAPP or Protease Nexin 2 (mAbp2-1); the first gamma secretase modulators (AGSMs) ever discovered to demonstrate therapeutic efficacy both in vitro and in vivo; the first soluble gamma secretase modulators (SGSMs) and their prodrugs</div>
